Pizza preparation cold cupboard
- Digital thermostat
- Auto defrosting
- Easily changeable refrigeration unit (see support)
- Legs with adjustable height (+/- 15mm)
- Nine drawers can hold 8x (GN1/1 150) and 1x (GN1/1 200) GN-containers
- Drawers open 110% so that it is comfortable to put in the GN-containers
- Drawers’ sliders have retraction locking systems and are easily changeable when needed (see support)
- By default the cabinet section is on the left side of the cupboard. It is possible to rearrange cabinet’s position if needed (please note in the order)
- 8 pairs of guides for GN-containers in the cabinet section (GN1/1 50)
- Working surface is either with or without upstand to prevent flour falling down over the edge (please note in the order)
- Cupboard can also be ordered with working surface made out of birchwood or granite (please note in the order)
